A Graduate in Arts from Mahatma Gandhi Govt. Arts College, Mahe. She also holds a Masters degree in Arts from Calicut University.

Married to Valsan M.K of Cheruvannoor. She is leading life as a housewife and have two kids namely Kiran and Kevin.

She, alongwith her kids and family, are settled at Perambra.
